Kevin Launderville started at UNI in June of 2001 as director of concessions and retail operations. Prior to joining the Panthers' staff, Launderville served in retail grocery management for 22 years, as well as seven years in food service management and sales. In June of 2003 he completed the National Association of Concessionaires certification class in San Diego.

Launderville graduated from UNI in December of 1977 with a bachelor's degree in marketing. A native of Storm Lake, Iowa, he and his wife, Denise, have two grown children and two grandchildren.
