Placed 39th at SDSU Classic (Sept. 30) with best 5K time of 19:31.95, followed by 71st-place finish at Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational (Oct. 14) ... Scored 49th-place finish at MVC Championships (Oct. 28) before concluding season with 130th-place showing at NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 11).

At Luther: Named the 2004 Cross Country Rookie of the Year... Member of the Division III Cross Country National Championship Qualifying Team... Earned fifth place in the 800m run at the Iowa Conference Championships.

High School: Was a three-time state cross country qualifier... 2001 and 2003 North Central Conference cross country champion... Four-time state track qualifier... 2003 800m run Class 2A runner-up... Class Salutatorian... Also a member of concert band, jazz band, SADD and Quiz Bowl.
