Former UNI point guard Chris Foster is in his second year on UNI's staff and in his first season as an assistant coach.

Foster had a stellar playing career for the Panthers, finishing with 1,027 career points. He ranks second all-time in three-pointers made with 144, and second in three-pointers attempted with 422. He also is third in UNI history with 120 games played.

He received his bachelor's degree in leisure, youth and human services with an emphasis in therapeutic recreation in 2005, and is currently pursuing his master's degree. A native of Ironton, Mo., Foster and his wife, Kylie, reside in Cedar Falls.
